I had to extract them using Ninja Ripper. I was considering uploading them to models resource but I couldn't figure out how to do it :/

IIRC there was speculation that there was plans on adding wasps and cards and stuff on the radar based on some wasp sprites. If thats true maybe its possible for someone to add them back in or lucas if its a hardcoded thing

You have already asked this question on the mods thread and didn't get a response then, take a hint If you want an asset from colou you should do what everyone else has done to use assets from encrypted mods and DM the creator and ask them nicely

Unfortuantely atm there is not a way to have missions on multiplayer, its purely freeroam and roleplay. The closest thing to any sort of game mode to my knowdlege is the boxing day mod I think Colou is working on some sort of prop hunt mod but idk if hes still working on that. Blenders minimum reuqi...

There is not actually that much coding in making car and charcter packs if any, At first it takes a while but once you get the hang of it you can rig a charcter for the game to use in about 5 minutes, as xUnknown said its very possible and reasonable with the tutorials that exist.
